  • Participate in the formulation of product positioning and pricing strategies to ensure products meet market demands and are competitive.
  • Lead the negotiation process for business contracts, ensuring that terms are reasonable, beneficial, and align with company interests.
  • Review contract content to ensure legal compliance and reduce contract risks.
  • Track contract execution progress to ensure contracts are completed on time, with quality, and in the agreed quantity.
  • Handle contract modifications, renewals, and other related matters to maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
  • Expand new sales channels, including but not limited to online platforms, offline agents, and distributors, to increase sales coverage.
  • Manage and optimize existing channels to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Assist channel partners with market promotion and sales activities to enhance channel cooperation capabilities.
  • Regularly assess channel performance, develop improvement plans, and promote healthy channel development.
  • Build and manage an efficient business team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Inspire team potential, enhance team morale, and improve work efficiency.
  • Develop team training plans to enhance team members' professional skills and market insights.
  • Focus on team members' growth and development, providing career development opportunities.
  • Monitor sales budget execution, ensuring that sales costs are controlled within a reasonable range.
  • Analyze financial data, identify potential financial risks, and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of risk control measures to reduce financial and legal risks in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the finance department in accounts receivable management to ensure timely fund recovery.
  • Maintain close communication and cooperation with product development, marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Coordinate to resolve cross-departmental issues encountered during the sales process, enhancing overall company operational efficiency.
  • Attend important company meetings, share sales information and market feedback, and provide reference opinions for company decision-making.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher, with a preference for majors in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business management or sales management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication coordination skills, capable of leading a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, contract management, financial management, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to handle work pressure and challenges.
