Job Responsibility for Human Resources Executive (Expat Centre Officer):

  • Responsible for visa applications and work permits for foreign employees, including the preparation of documents related to the law and the requirements of the immigration agency, or BOI.
  • Contact relevant government agencies to complete the process of handling foreign workers for employment, including the Immigration Office, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor, Revenue Department, and Department of Business Development (DBD).
  • Responsible for overseeing and monitoring visa and work permit renewals as well as reporting 90-day notification for expat employees in the company.
  • Create a guidebook of work practices for expat employees to understand.
  • Report summarizing the company's and its affiliates' expat employees.
  • Search for relevant information, including coordinating with relevant parties, for employees in Thailand who must travel to work at companies abroad.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Must be Proficient in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any related field.
  • Prefer 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience managing complex cross-border corporate immigration matters, as well as specific country knowledge in the Immigration Act and Labour Law, is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and Meticulous.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
