  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Head of Auto Finance (Vice President)

Your main responsibility is to ensure sales, asset quality, financing growth targets, customer experience and client management for Hire Purchase segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver auto financing targets - volumes, revenues, projects, initiatives and manage portfolio/division P&L
  • Understand portfolio financials, analyse trends and initiate appropriate actions
  • Responsible for products, services and operations, business channels, credit management, compliance and overall business portfolio
  • Planning, tracking competitive offerings, implementing and supervising hire purchase marketing activities and sales tactics to achieve targets
  • Leading, coaching, motivating, training and facilitating the team to achieve desired objectives
  • Acquiring and building close rapport with vehicle dealers for continuous support
  • Design, plan and implement new/enhanced products and features
  • Ensure that all product documentation is properly maintained and annual reviews/approvals are completed on time
  • Ensuring all compliance and reporting requirements are met and attend to audit/regulatory queries within the stipulated time frame

Key Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience within the Hire Purchase business of any financial services provider.
  • Recognised university degree
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit
  • Ability to understand the macro and micro economic trends and effects on business
