Role: Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months (Estimated Start Date 9/1/2025)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Below are the standard requirement for the PM requirements/ background

- Minimum 5 years experiences in project management and related

- Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and within budget

- Determine and define project scope and objectives

- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner based on project requirement

- To track project costs/expenses in order to meet budget

- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

7) Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,and progress

- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expecteddeliverables

- Utilize Project Management industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entireproject execution

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

- Able to complete project documentation based on project requirement

- To control & monitor vendor & customer deliverable & progress invoicing (AP & AR)

- Follow SOP Project Management as standard guideline in project execution

- To provide all the report as require by stake holder (Customer & Internal Stakeholder)

Qualification

1) Minimum 5 years of project management and related experiences

2) Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification preferred or Diploma in Engineering or Project Management

3) Strong familiar with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices

4) Experiences seeing project through the full life cycle-

5) Excellent analytical skills-

6) Strong interpersonal skill and extremely resourceful
