  • Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
  • Responsible for providing customer service support via incoming calls for brand’s customers and to manage escalations.
  • Managing and monitoring social medial platforms
  • Replying email within TAT timeline
  • Handling day to day escalation from customers.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English/ Mandarin / Cantonese
