Lens Consultation

  1. Provide customers with professional advice on product, service related quiries, complaints and feedbacks
  2. Provide advise or recommendation to customers (Eye Care Professionals (ECP) or end-consumers) regarding products or services

enquiries via any form of communication channels

  1. Provide troubleshooting support over the phone and occasionally on site
  2. Work closely with the commercial team as a Lens expert providing advise to eye care practitioners and internal colleagues
  3. Assist customer effectively by resolving disputes or complaints
  4. Resolve customer and/or consumers’ queries or complaints via any form of communication channels

VTS Supports

  1. To provide basic guide and support to customers via any form of communication
  2. To raise cases received (in SFDC platform) and escalate to respective personal for subsequent handling/ services needed

Customer Service and Sales Operation Support

  1. Able to handle ordering system independently
  2. Support order entry that are placed via any form of ordering channels
  3. Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
  4. Assist customer in checking of job status and update / follow-up accordingly
  5. Support the marketing and professional affairs team on administrative tasks required for campaigns
  6. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
