Lens Consultation
- Provide customers with professional advice on product, service related quiries, complaints and feedbacks
- Provide advise or recommendation to customers (Eye Care Professionals (ECP) or end-consumers) regarding products or services
enquiries via any form of communication channels
- Provide troubleshooting support over the phone and occasionally on site
- Work closely with the commercial team as a Lens expert providing advise to eye care practitioners and internal colleagues
- Assist customer effectively by resolving disputes or complaints
- Resolve customer and/or consumers’ queries or complaints via any form of communication channels
VTS Supports
- To provide basic guide and support to customers via any form of communication
- To raise cases received (in SFDC platform) and escalate to respective personal for subsequent handling/ services needed
Customer Service and Sales Operation Support
- Able to handle ordering system independently
- Support order entry that are placed via any form of ordering channels
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
- Assist customer in checking of job status and update / follow-up accordingly
- Support the marketing and professional affairs team on administrative tasks required for campaigns
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
