Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to address those needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits documentation.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

  • Willing to work at Kajang area.
