THE ROLE:

The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for coordinating all vacancies in GBS APAC and China and will be partnering with internal client groups through sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection up to manager-level positions and will ensure compliance with all applicable internal processes and policies and legal requirements. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring the use of innovative research methods to identify the best candidates in the market. You will target future hires employing a mix of techniques (competitor mapping, headhunting, networking, targeted advertising, social network building, etc.) and using your expert knowledge of the business, influence them to consider Herbalife as their next employer.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  • Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function’s business needs with global standardization.
  • Own and drive recruitment activities from assessment of hiring needs, through candidate identification and qualification, manager interview scheduling and feedback to offer construction and delivery
  • Clearly qualifying hiring manager needs, setting expectations fairly and creating relevant documentation
  • Select recruitment sources and techniques to effectively fulfill the client and the organization’s staffing needs.
  • Research innovative and cost-effective talent sourcing methods, develop networks, build databases and develop and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Recruit, interview, assess and hire highly qualified candidates for all disciplines utilizing effective recruiting methods including targeting passive candidates.
  • Present shortlists to hiring managers in a consultative manner adding real value to the recruitment process.
  • Qualify candidates, over the telephone and face-to-face, to accurately assess suitability for the role and cultural fit for the team and wider Herbalife business and core values
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Responsible for updating recruitment systems and processes to capture important data on candidates and for reporting and audit purposes.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to quality
  • Proficient in using ATS and Microsoft Office programs
