Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our fintech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, ops and sales, to ensure the seamless delivery of product features and enhancements that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmaps based on business needs and customer feedback
- Work closely with engineering team to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform product strategy and innovation
- Understand and analyze diverse country-specific needs to contribute to the globalization of products, ensuring our solutions are adaptable to various markets
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align product initiatives with company objectives
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to ensure smooth coordination between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and business outcomes
- Provide clear communication and documentation throughout the product development lifecycle
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates, roadmaps, and strategies
What We Need:
- Language Skills: Native proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required
- Experience: 3~5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or related industries
- Driven and Responsible: You are self-motivated, goal~oriented, and able to take ownership of projects, delivering results with minimal supervision
- Global Market Insight: Ability to understand and anticipate the specific needs of different countries to ensure products are globally adaptable
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You are able to think critically and creatively, finding solutions to complex product challenges
- Exceptional CrossDepartmental Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:
