Job Description

  1. Provide pre-sales support to Cash Sales team for complex products solutioning including H2H, API, File Integrations as well for RFP presentations.
  2. Perform integration of all cash deals by working closely with client and their IT team to ensure success roll out of services/products.
  3. Implement using a structured project management plan to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within SLA.
  4. Manage in-country implementation in cooperation with regional implementation team from Head office in Singapore.
  5. Drive process improvement and initiatives which can help enhance the implementation service delivery, or/and enhance the operational/support handling.
  6. Support the business units such as conducting of product information sharing session with branches, operational improvement and external training to customers.
  7. Organize and participate in department events/initiatives.
  8. Partner with Product and Channel to provide customer feedback on product related services issues to feed into product development roadmaps.

Job Requirements

  • Strong working experience in customer support, banking operations and systems preferably with technical knowledge.
  • At least 5 years’ of working experience in Transaction Banking or related Banking experience is essential.
  • Ability to interact with customer across all levels – junior level to senior management.
  • Strong customer centric mindset
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Ability to lead the discussion with senior management in achieving the desired outcome.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good inter-personal skills, etc.
