Trainocate Global Digital Designer is responsible for creating and managing the visual and interactive aspects of Trainocate's digital presence, including websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing materials. In a digital world, a Global Digital Designer plays a critical role in ensuring that Trainocate's digital assets are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Design
i. Create and design visually appealing original Trainocate digital assets, including websites, mobile apps,
banners, and email templates.
ii. Ensure a consistent and on-brand visual identity across all digital channels.
iii. Enhance the user experience (UX) by creating user-friendly and intuitive designs.
iv. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
v. Design seamless experience across different screen sizes with interactive elements that engage and
guide users, such as buttons, forms, and animations.
vi. Optimize user interactions for improved conversion and engagement.
vii. Design responsive mobile-first and mobile-friendly digital assets to accommodate users on various
devices.
viii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content teams.
ix. Stay updated on emerging media production trends and technologies to implement innovative and
engaging media content.
x. Integrate new media formats and techniques into digital marketing and training materials.
Branding
i. Maintain and promote Trainocate's brand identity and guidelines in all digital designs. Translate
Trainocate business requirements into effective design solutions.
ii. Ensure brand consistency in visual assets throughout all Trainocate offices.
Content Creation
i. Create original engaging and visually appealing content for digital marketing and video campaigns.
ii. Create and produce multimedia content, including videos, and interactive media, to enhance digital
assets.
iii. Support all content marketing efforts with multimedia materials.
iv. Stay updated on the latest digital design trends and emerging technologies.
v. Implement innovative design techniques and technologies.
vi. Collaborate with video editors, animators, and other media production specialists to ensure high-
quality and engaging media content.
vii. Plan, storyboard, and script video content that aligns with Trainocate's marketing and training objectives.
viii. Edit and post-produce video content, adding graphics, animations, and special effects as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
i. Work closely with marketing managers, developers, and content creators to align digital design with
marketing objectives.
ii. Participate in design reviews and collaborate on project timelines.
iii. Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and illustrators for design assets.
iv. Engage with third-party vendors and partners to maintain design quality and consistency.
Media Library Management
i. Organize and manage a digital media library, ensuring easy access to all media assets for marketing,
training, and other purposes.
ii. Maintain media content security and backups for data protection.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field
Optional certifications like Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or UX design certifications may be advantageous.
EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in digital design with a portfolio of successful projects.
Experience in designing for global markets is a plus.
SKILLS
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ZoomInfo
Strong understanding of UX principles and design best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.
