CLIENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Payment Gateway Division: Manage corporate accounts, ensuring timely responses, and negotiate agreements for new and renewal contracts to drive retention and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and clients, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Card Division: Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring prompt responses to client needs and negotiating service agreements to enhance retention and drive revenue growth. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and maintain communication for issue resolution and support.
  • Wallet Division: Work with the MasterPay Platform team to build and deliver a strong pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts, driving product innovation and growth. Establish strong relationships with platform partners to understand their objectives and lead strategic discussions.

    SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    • Payment Gateway Division: Strategically plan and execute sales activities to onboard new merchants and achieve assigned KPIs. Conduct research to understand key merchant requirements and showcase solutions through a consultative selling approach.
    • Card Division: Strategically plan and execute targeted sales activities to onboard new corporate clients, aligning efforts with assigned KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and address client concerns effectively.
    • Wallet Division: Develop comprehensive account plans for key platform partners, articulating strategies for expansion. Collaborate with other MasterPay teams to enhance product capabilities and drive growth initiatives.

  • All Divisions: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Finance with at least 5 years of experience in corporate accounts, preferably in the FinTech or payment sectors. Proven sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in sales pipeline management, account retention, and project management with a focus on driving growth and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Language Requirement: Mandarin speaker only to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
