Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Accountable for delivering annual business results, aligned with business plan, sales, CM and volume
  • Growth – focuses effort on delivering growth and maintains existing business to deliver plan
  • Negotiates pricing and margin (aligned with the business) using value selling and the flip pricing tool to capture the optimum price and margin for HBF

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years college degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Polymer Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant sales experience related to industry and B2B.
  • Passionate in industry sales, customer-facing and possess the motivation and entrepreneurial spirit to drive change with innovation.
  • Communication and influence management skills - must have the ability/confidence to sell the value of his ideas to internal and external parties.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Must have a car with valid driving license and ability to travel within the territory / region assigned.
  • Willing to relocate as needed.
