  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Customer Service - Mandarin/Cantonese + English (Read, Write, Speak)

Job Responsibilities：

1. Receive customers by phone/email/online chat: actively and promptly handle customer business needs/conduct follow-up actions to customers;

2. Work closely with cross-department teams to ensure the smooth progress of customers' daily business needs and promote the resolution of problems promptly;

3. Good service etiquette and skills to provide customers with quality services

Job Requirements:

1. At least SPM or above, proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English and Chinese

2. Customer-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with strong communication skills and affinity
