Nose is seeking for a creative, strategic, and organised candidate to join our team. You’ll be managing and executing marketing initiatives including social media management, influencer & PR management, community building, loyalty program, events execution, etc. This role will be liaising with cross-functional teams such as Branding, Content Creation, E-commerce, and Merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all our social media platforms; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, EDMs to grow brand presence, increase followership, improve engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Plan and execute monthly online and offline marketing campaigns including but not limited to; social media, website, and offline stores.
  • Influencer and PR management, facilitating seeding, monitoring and tracking postings and analysing performance.
  • Manage and execute PR and community events.
  • Work with E-commerce, Merchandising, Graphic teams to develop and manage marketing strategies and collaterals across online platforms and offline stores.
  • Work with Brand and Content team to explore and recommend creative ways to grow and engage with our audience.
  • Support in managing our loyalty program, NoseClub to ensure customer retention.
  • Assist in campaign shoots to ideate, plan, and coordinate.
  • Keep up with trends in the fashion, creative, and digital space, competitors' activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas that can be adopted.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity - experience in fashion or e-commerce would be a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Experience working in influencer & PR management.
  • Experience in campaign and events planning and execution.
  • Knowledge and experience working with performance marketing platforms.
  • Should know and keep up with all things social media such as new digital trends, updates, aesthetics, etc.
  • Possess a creative flair and able to think outside the box.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and objectives whilst demonstrating a calm demeanour.
  • Self-motivated, willing, and energetic individual with the ability to work within a small team.
