Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Läderach in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing product portfolios, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and awareness.

Qualifications

Sales

  • Implement Retail Guidelines in the region. 
  • Responsible of brand image in accordance with Läderach standards 
  • Provide the HQ with feedback to continuously improve Läderach shop concept
  • Planning and Achieving Annual Sales budget in the region.

Developing Sales:

  • Define annual sales target for each shop, deployment, and follow-up on action plans
  • Define and monitor key KPI’s in each Shop (including conversion rates, customer database)

Developing Retail Staff:

  • Upgrading the sales quality
  • Conducting yearly review with Shop Managers

Image Building and Development:

  • Together with marketing, establish the annual calendar of promotions and events– in accordance with local market priorities and HQ guidelines
  • Ensure own retail shops and franchised boutiques are run the same way and according to the same quality standards Identify the best locations for implementing future Shops in the region
  • Planning Shop opening and/or renovation projects Marketing
  • Experience in the food or retail industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
