Job Summary:

Reporting to the Associate Sales Director, the Commercial Coordinator (Sales and Admin Coordinator) plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and clinical team by managing and coordinating various aspects of our operations. This role involves liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational Coordination: Assist in the coordination of clinical workshops, including but not limited to, planning, logistics coordination and on-site support, where necessary, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
  • Client and Vendor Management: Act as a point of contact for clients (hospitals, medical societies, etc) and vendors, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to commercial activities, including contracts/hospital tender, agreements, and workshop update.
  • Market Research: Conduct monthly market information compilation and analysis
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, processing orders, and managing sales documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations. Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in a commercial coordination or administrative role,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Candidate must be able to travel within Malaysia region to support commercial needs.
