Job Summary:

The Head of Human Resources will lead and oversee the HR function across multiple regions globally. This role is responsible for developing and executing the global HR strategy, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, collaborate with regional HR teams, and work closely with senior management to optimize HR practices globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute the global HR strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving cultural alignment across regions.
  • Policy Implementation: Oversee the implementation and standardization of HR policies, processes, and programs globally.
  • Talent Management: Drive the development and implementation of global HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices across various jurisdictions.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance globally.
  • HR Metrics: Develop and monitor key HR metrics to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Organizational Development: Lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives globally.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as HR consultants and service providers, to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about industry best practices, employment trends, and emerging HR technologies.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences.
  • IT Operations Management: Manage IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and support services. Ensure adequate resources for the effective delivery of IT services and support to all regions and departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Global HR Director or similar leadership role, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries and regions.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and programs across different jurisdictions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex international HR landscapes and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
