As an HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our employees' journeys, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and aligned with our business objectives.

What you will do:

• Comprehensive HR Leadership: Oversee multiple HR functions including compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, employee relations, and training & development.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to recognize and retain top talent, maximizing their contributions to our business goals.
• Learning and Development: Design and facilitate tailored learning solutions and interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Strategic HR Planning: Provide vital data and insights for development plans that address succession, progression, and retention.
• Managerial Coaching: Offer guidance and support to line managers on HR decisions, enhancing their ability to manage teams effectively.
• HR Lifecycle Management: Ensure comprehensive care for employees throughout their HR lifecycle.
• Multicultural Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse HR Department on various HR projects, enhancing our organizational culture and effectiveness.

What you will need to excel in this role:

• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Well-versed knowledge in Malaysian Labour Law (Filipino Labor Law is a bonus!)
• A strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a solution-based approach to challenges.
• Skills in relationship-building across functions and job levels, and able to present information articulately to a diverse group of stakeholders (including C-level executives)
• Adept at data-driven decision making and skilled in building relationships across diverse functions.
