We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an E-commerce Marketing & Design Executive. This role is ideal for individuals looking to expand their skills across various marketing and design disciplines, particularly those with startup mindset, can-do spirit, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Job Scope:

E-commerce Marketing:

• Maintain and update online stores on platforms like WooCommerce WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Etsy, etc including web page design, photos update, copywriting etc.
• Ensure smooth ecommerce operation and proactively work with website technical team/ecommerce platform agents to address any issues with the site/platforms.
• Create and manage regular blog posts for SEO and send targeted email newsletters to subscribers.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries across various platforms.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.

Design:

• Design banners, posters, social media posts and ad visuals for ecommerce, marketing and social media purposes
• Take high-quality product photos/videos for marketing campaigns.
• Design and create visually appealing product packaging.
• Assist with day-to-day design needs within the company.

Other:

• Be ready to assist with various tasks as needed to contribute to the team's success.

About You:

• A healthy, passionate, and self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
• A problem-solver and independent thinker.
• An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• A strong interest in sustainable and natural skincare and beauty.
