Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development executive. The Business Development executive will be responsible for conducting market research, cultivating relationships with clients, identifying sales leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also work directly with clients to create tailored solutions to suit their specific business needs. This role is ideal for individuals who have a knack for lead generation and nurturing, and are looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- *Lead Generation:* Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels, adapting strategies to suit the USA market.
- *Lead Nurturing:* Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet those needs.
- *Market Analysis:* Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- *Sales:* Drive sales efforts by converting leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation and customer service
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in BD
- Experience in creating customized solutions for clients
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Comfortable working in a remote setting.
*Compensation:*
- This is a commission-based role with a 3-month probationary period.
- Exceptional performance in the first month may lead to a transition to a base salary in addition to commission.
