Job Responsibility
- Deliver accurate and compelling presentation in a confident, cohesive and engaging manner to groups of customers made up of interior designers, architects and main contractors
- Liaise, fulfil and build relationships with existing customers in view of a profitable, longlasting partnership, while making sure their needs are met always
- Travel to various locations to meet with customers and carry samples, demonstrating our products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and prospecting new customers to expand the companyâs market share
- Assist the management to streamline and improve internal processes and workflows for enhanced operational efficiency -
- Able to fully learn the companyâs full range of products; and being resourceful to keep up with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor activities
- Able to resolve customer complaints and concerns with by making recommendations and tenacious follow-ups while consistently maintaining a professional demeanour
- Able to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business or Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in a senior sales position, which involves dealing with customers on a daily basis and a proven track record. Experience in interior, construction and/or furnishing industries is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication skills not only with customers, but also colleagues, management and stakeholders
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license and must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
- Excellent presentation skills and a performance-driven attitude to achieve targets and KPIs
- Resourceful, multi-tasking and flexible â able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
