Brand Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and adaptive designer with a strong understanding of color theory, layout design, and branding. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to create impactful video content, develop brand style guides, produce print materials, design templates, and even explore clothing design. This role demands creativity, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to create and refine brand style guides.

- Design and produce high-quality videos, print materials, templates, and clothing designs.

- Utilize tools like Premiere Pro and Photoshop for video and graphic creation.

- Identify and rectify errors in current branding and design layouts.

- Engage in website design using tools like Figma; knowledge of Animate for animation is a plus.

- Travel as required for projects and team needs.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of color usage, layout design, and branding principles.

- Ability to adapt quickly and recognize areas for improvement in existing designs.

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

- Basic knowledge of Figma and Animate is a bonus.

- University education with a focus on critical thinking.

- Strong self-learning skills and a proactive approach to evolving design processes.

- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
