RESPONSIBILITY

This position is responsible for controlling tasks to support the month end closing, financial reports and financial analysis. It has oversights of the whole entity activities and work closely with all departments.

Finance & Controlling

Involved in all spectrums to finance and controlling functions.

Ensure monthly financial reports are prepared in accordance with VWAG deadlines.

Monitor company expenditure against budget and highlight areas of over expenditure.

Prepare analysis reports for management decision making.

Oversee all statutory audit matters.

Oversee all aspects of GL and assuming full ownership of the profit & loss statement and balance sheet of the company.

Budgets, FC & Projections

Review of annual budget / forecast for the company & departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Master in Business Admin or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably in financial or management.
  • Working experience in controlling or other financial management related matters, automotive sector preferred
  • Strong excel & analysis skills are necessary.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding in complex situations + strategic thinking.
  • Solution oriented and fit in ad hoc tasks.
  • Knowledge of KPI management.
  • Budget control capabilities.
