Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing credit control processes to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set of Accounts:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
- Credit Control:
- Monitor and manage credit risk by assessing customer creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits.
- Implement effective credit control procedures to minimize bad debts and ensure timely collections.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
- Team Support:
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff as needed.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,628.71 per month
