  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven Account Assistant to be part of our team. You'll play a crucial role in driving the company growth together.

Responsibilities

  • Prepared to travel whenever required.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • A self-starter, analytical and team
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or Diploma holder are encouraged to apply (Degree in accountancy, ACCA, LCCI, CAT)
  • Internship are availables.
  • Be proactive, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for details.
  • Able to speak in english, mandarin and bahasa melayu.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Meticulous, attention to detail, organized and accuracy.
  • Computer literate, familiar with SQL software is an added advantage
