Job Description: We are seeking temporary staff to join our Registrar's Office for a 3-month period to support key administrative tasks. The successful candidates will be assigned to any of the functional units under the Registrar's Office and will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations during peak periods. Key Responsibilities: 1) Perform data entry and ensure accurate and efficient processing of new applications during the peak period. 2) Work closely with team members to maintain data integrity and completeness. 3) Provide support during key periods such as Advance Enrollment and Add/Drop phases. 4) Assist in advance enrollment data entry efforts for all students. 5) Validate exam-related data and ensure accuracy and integrity of exam records. 6) Assist in Academic Advising sessions by providing necessary data support. 7) Key in receivables and collections data from online ticketing and walk-in interactions. 8) Maintain accurate transaction records to prevent backlog or errors. 9) Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by department heads or supervisors. Skills and Requirements: -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. -Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and during peak periods. -Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment. -Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software used by respective departments.
