Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a KOL Specialist located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The KOL Specialist will identify and engage with key opinion leaders in the fragrance industry, build relationships, and create partnerships. The role will involve coordinating and managing KOL events, collaborations, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Responsibilities

  • Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
  • Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic
  • Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist starts from approaching a suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & presenting the brief, and reviewing their performance
  • Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers
  • Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns
  • Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for the campaign to create brand awareness and publicity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Fluent in English & Malay, both oral and written
  • An ability to think strategically to produce innovative and original ideas
