Responsibilities:

  • Promote sustainable business growth of key customers in the region.
  • Understand customer business needs and goals, and proactively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, regulatory, and customer support, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop market development strategies, formulate customer sales plans, and provide timely and accurate data and sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate with other departments to assist in formulating and implementing annual marketing plans and work within the scope of the business plan.
  • Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, associations, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, product development, or technical services in the chemical or lubricant addictive industry.
  • Experience with Additive component or Additive package preferred, ideally having worked in a trading company or end customer.
  • Technical experience with an interest in transitioning to sales is also considered.
  • Responsible for the Southeast Asia market, mainly Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Able to adapt to frequent travel (50%).
