Key deliverables include, but not limited to, recommending changes to methods, procedures and standards to improve quality of output based on analysis of data and systems. Ensures products are built correctly to specification, quality standards and appropriate regulatory compliance. Reports defects and tracks until resolution.

- The primary objective of Quality Control specialization within Manufacturing Quality Job Family is to perform inspections, check testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes.
- Carry out manufacturing line inspections, sampling, testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met.
- May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods.
- Apply approval or rejection labels to raw materials and finished goods.
- Involved in management of non-conforming products and release of conforming finished goods.
- Support roles consist of work in a: clerical, administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting, specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work, and unskilled or semi-skilled operational tasks
- Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience.
- Might interact internally to exchange information.
- Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.
- Has basic skills and knowledge to perform routine tasks.
