PRODUCER
- Create script, storyboard, budget planning, allocate resources, set deadlines for video projects
- Present ideas or pitches to clients to further motivate their decision and communicating with them whenever required.
- Develop interesting and entertaining storylines to engage with target audience
- Develop production schedules.
- Coordinate pre-production and production planning activities: Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met.
- Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
- Work in collaboration with clients to ensure video products meets client’s requirements and deliver correct messages to target audience.
- Meet deadline and manage multiple priorities
- Manage video library.
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) news content, client’s promotional video, story video, recruiting videos, corporate training and other company-wide projects.
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output,capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
- Refine video by integrating relevant animations and effects
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
- Able to work long hours whenever required (i.e. during urgent campaigns/events, pushing out a time sensitive video for editorial or sponsored purposes, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in Media, Film, Video Production or general content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in video production, either through academic projects, internships, or freelance work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
- Familiarity with visual storytelling principles and creative storytelling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and offer innovative ideas.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Preferably a female non-muslim as it involves (shooting with alcohol at times for client videos)
