Job Overview:

We're seeking a talented Email Marketing Content Integrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our digital marketing success. You’ll have the opportunity to work on marketing campaigns and projects with our clients globally. You'll be responsible for delivering effective, personalised email campaigns that engage the company and its clients’ global customers and drive conversions. You'll work closely with Country-Specific and Brand Marketers to develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing goals.

You'll be instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to optimise the company and its clients’ email performance, manage email lists, and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.

Role Description:

  • Proactively engage and manage Country-Specific/Brand Marketers' expectations to support their marketing activity executions, reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a bridge between Country-Specific teams and relevant support teams or functions to ensure smooth operations end-to-end.
  • Project manage the execution of marketing campaigns from both Country-Specific and Brand marketing and service center teams, ensuring quality delivery aligned with the marketing plan.
  • Identify and apply relevant best practices in marketing campaigns submitted by the Country-Specific teams/Brand Marketers to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements in campaign tactics execution to generate higher success rates for involved parties.
  • Be a subject matter expert for Country-Specific initiatives by familiarizing themselves with their respective strategies and plans to support their activities better. Work with Corporate teams to define best practices based on Country-Specific data/insights rather than general guidelines.
  • Organize Country-Specific Digital Marketing workshops (insight & learning) with their stakeholders to enhance Country-Specific Marketers’ knowledge and experiences in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns using the Adobe Campaign platform
  • Create and manage workflows using Adobe Campaign to schedule email campaigns efficiently
  • Analyze and create database segmentation and distribution lists for campaigns
  • Drive continuous improvement by reinforcing and supporting marketing automation best practices, including list management, optimization, data quality, and hygiene
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables
  • Liaise with international marketers to manage campaigns, advise on best practices, and provide recommendations based on campaign results
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage and build relationships with international stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong business acumen with a highly assertive and persuasive personality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for working with unstructured data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to write and communicate in other languages is an added advantage.
