Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced TikTok Host Leader to oversee and enhance the performance of our team of hosts. In this role, you will be responsible for training, monitoring, and evaluating hosts to ensure they adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and achieve sales targets set by the company. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a high-performing team that engages audiences and drives sales through effective content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing hosts to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support host performance and content creation.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Regularly monitor live sessions and recorded content to assess host performance, adherence to SOPs, and audience engagement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to hosts to enhance their delivery and effectiveness.
  • Performance Management:
  • Set performance metrics and sales targets for hosts, conducting regular evaluations to ensure goals are met.
  • Create performance reports and dashboards to track individual and team progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align host activities with overall business objectives and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure hosts are trained on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective audience engagement strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for hosts, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and open communication.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for hosts, helping them navigate challenges and develop their personal brand on TikTok.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform training and performance strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, live streaming, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership or training role.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of TikTok’s features, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a team.
  • Sales Acumen: Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, particularly in a digital or social media context.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in training or coaching individuals in a live streaming or content creation environment.
  • Knowledge of other social media platforms and their unique engagement strategies.
