We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our human resources function and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Description

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support its growth in the automotive sector.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Implement robust succession planning and employee development programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and innovation.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems to ensure that employees' efforts align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-caliber talent within the automotive industry.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with local, regional, and industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Change Management: Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, including restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and cultural transformation.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide coaching and leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.


The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
