Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead at Agridence based in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our palm oil operations in KL and as primary point of contact for our key client in Malaysia. This challenging role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing strategic guidance for project success.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management in highly dynamic environment.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with strong writing/presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in palm oil or related industry.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technology tools
