Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns? As a Senior Executive, Marketing, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing innovative strategies to elevate our brand and drive sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, manage dynamic campaigns and oversee daily marketing operations to achieve ambitious sales and aftersales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new market opportunities and establish marketing trends.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive on-ground and online marketing activities/campaigns.
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote the Federal Auto dealer brand.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads and ROI.
  • Develop digital campaign to increase online brand presence and generate leads.
  • Oversee and manage social media channels for FA Group.
  • Create engaging content including videos for social media postings and lead ads.
  • Execute digital advertising campaigns to optimize Cost per Lead (CPL) and enhance reach and engagement.
  • Identify and leverage new digital marketing channels to boost online brand presence and generate leads.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials including brochure, merchandise, car stickers and banners.
  • Monitor competitor’s activities and generate Marketing reports.
  • Responsible for budget control and cost comparison.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, brand heads and third-party partners (agencies, vendors, and suppliers).
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with corporate identity (CI) guidelines and principal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Strong strategic planning, execution and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous and highly attentive to details.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Experience with budget management and financial acumen.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to travel and work outside office hour including weekend to support Marketing activation as when required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge/experience in photoshop and video creation is a plus.
