· Implement demand forecasting and replenishment strategies.

4. Pricing & Profitability

· Set pricing strategies that maximize sales and profit margins while remaining competitive in the market.

· Monitor the profitability of each category and make adjustments to pricing or product mix as needed.

· Manage promotional pricing and markdowns effectively.

5. Sales & Performance Analysis:

· Analyse sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of product strategies.

· Identify underperforming products and categories and implement corrective actions.

· Work closely with store teams to ensure consistent merchandising displays and standards across all locations.

· Stay informed about relevant regulations, including product labelling, health, and safety requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a related role, preferably within the convenience store or retail industry.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
