Program Manager Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee a bioproduct development project, ensuring it stays on track, adheres to the timeline, and meets all milestones. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Master in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and equivalent
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
