Our client is a renowned restaurant specialized in hotpot buffet from China and known for delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Due to their 1st branch opening in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia they are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, service standards and cultural nuances to oversee daily operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Location
Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Remuneration
RM 6,000 per month plus medical and overtime claims
Working Hours
5pm – 2 am (Mon – Fri) working on weekend might be required
Responsibilities
· Manage all food and beverage operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functionality while adhering to budget guidelines and maintaining high service standards
· Lead and motivate the F&B team comprising of 10-15 staff by establishing KPI’s, policies and procedures
· Design innovative menus, manage purchasing of supplies and implement continuous improvements to enhance the guest dining experience
· Identify customer needs, proactively respond to concerns and ensure exceptional levels of internal and external customer service
· Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to while maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers
Requirements
• A diploma or degree in Foodservice Management, Hospitality or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience with expertise in food and beverage management
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in MS Office, restaurant management software and POS systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
