Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the technical lead during the pre-bidding and bidding phases, and prepare ELV system technical proposals.

2. Independently prepare, review, and analyze tender documents to meet bidding requirements and specifications, ensuring timely submission.

3. Engage with customers to analyze, clarify, and identify their true requirements, introduce industry trends, and develop ELV system solutions.

4. Interpret ELV tender drawings effectively and prepare tender quantities for the Bill of Materials (BOM) or Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

5. Finalize the list of tenders and necessary approval documentation, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure compliance with tender submission requirements.

6. Develop and review project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines throughout design and construction phases.

7. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain material and labor pricing for tenders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

2. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian or Indonesian ELV system design standards, mainstream products, system architecture, and functions, with expertise in smart building subsystems such as CCTV, structured cabling, computer networks, public address, conference systems and etc.

3. Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office, and other professional software tools.

4. Demonstrated ability to independently prepare tender documents in accordance with bidding requirements.

5. Strong understanding of suppliers and manufacturers' databases and pricing structures.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

8. Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale projects and established companies.

9. Willingness to work extra hours and travel during peak project periods.

10 Have a CIDB certificate (not registered in the Malaysian CIDB system, if registered, you need to cancel it in the CIDB system).
