Role Description

This is a full-time Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Kapar. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for test execution, manual testing, creating and executing test cases, and ensuring software testing processes. This on-site role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and optimize product performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Functional responsible to QA Manager/Assistant QA Manager or Designee for the day-to-day management
  • To lead and supervise a group of QA Inspectors/Leaders/Supervisors to maintain and implement the company quality system effectively.
  • Organize manpower, facilities, equipment available to perform inspection and testing with maximum efficiency.
  • Arrange or provide training to all subordinates to ensure their competency in job execution.
  • Monitor subordinates’ performance and discipline; provide motivation or counseling whenever necessary.
  • Ensure that all inspection and testing are performed in accordance to written procedures and Work Instruction.

A. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum bachelor's degree holder in any discipline or Diploma holder with minimum 2 years manufacturing working experience.
  • Knowledge of gloves manufacturing process, cGMP, FDA in a regulated environment is preferred. Preferably Diploma or Degree holder or equivalent from an accredited college or university with 1 years working experience,

B. OTHER PERSONAL CAPABILITIES

  • Able to lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors, leaders and supervisors to achieve company objectives.
  • Knowledge in products inspection and testing.
  • Process adequate execution skill.
  • Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.
  • Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
