  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • IT Management: Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable operation of systems and services across global locations.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, including Microsoft 365 and VPN, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
  • System Maintenance: Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft 365 integration and functionality.
  • Security Management: Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with RGC's global team to support IT needs and coordinate IT initiatives, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Data Management: Monitor and manage IT-related data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize IT processes and tools, including Microsoft 365 and VPN, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, procedures, and support activities, including configurations for Microsoft 365 and VPN.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on IT systems, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and VPN best practices.
  • Additional Tasks: Handle any other IT-related tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the IT department.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in managing IT systems and providing technical support.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Eagerness to contribute in a global team-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Hybrid and Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, global team with comfort in remote engagement.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to identify business requirements and IT initiatives.
  • Proactiveness: Proactiveness in driving identified IT initiatives and improvements.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure that all IT processes are executed correctly and efficiently.
  • Commitment: Commitment to the Roberts Group purpose and values.
  • Education: University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken & written). Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
