Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement and culture strategies, including setting clear goals, metrics, initiatives, and processes to enhance morale, boost productivity, and reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Department and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that align with the company’s culture and engagement strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s values and culture.
- Collaborate with various People & Culture team members and stakeholders to promote, cultivate, and integrate employee engagement, organizational culture, and communication strategies into broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to design culture-building initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Create, manage, and execute programs and activities that foster a positive work environment and encourage employee participation.
- Manage and execute a strategic internal communication plan that ensures clarity, timeliness, and relevance of messaging across the organization.
- Manage a variety of communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet updates, digital platforms, internal social media, and town halls, to provide consistent and transparent communication to employees.
- Craft compelling and engaging speeches and content that communicates organizational updates, values, goals, and culture to inspire and motivate employees.
- Craft strategic messages that support change management, organizational initiatives, and culture-building efforts.
- Implement communication frameworks that foster two-way communication between employees and leadership, encouraging feedback and open dialogue.
- Develop a content calendar and manage the production of internal communication materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
- Conduct regular assessments of communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and analytics to identify gaps, areas of improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, service providers, and companies to offer exclusive benefits and discounts to employees.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to ensure the best possible value and experience for employees.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive benefits program that aligns with company culture and enhances employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate new benefits and ensure employee awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and partnerships, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of engagement, culture, internal communication, and corporate benefits initiatives using the following key metrics:-
- Employee Satisfaction Score: Measure overall employee satisfaction through surveys, interviews, or feedback mechanisms to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Employee Turnover Rate: Track turnover rates to identify potential issues related to engagement or dissatisfaction and implement retention strategies.
- Employee Engagement Index: Assess overall engagement, involvement, motivation, and commitment through surveys, focus groups, or pulse checks to pinpoint areas of strength and opportunity.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by addressing employee concerns and acting on feedback.
- Monitor cultural trends and employee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in engagement and organizational culture.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the impact of engagement and communication programs, identifying trends and recommending adjustments as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communication, culture development, or a related role.
- Experience in the E-commerce/Internet/retail industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good understanding of employee engagement, cultural development, and communication best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and executing employee engagement and communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling and content creation.
- Innovative, creative and up to date with employee engagement activities.
- The ability to turn complex and sometimes technical information into engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for internal communication and engagement.
