Humanetix is an innovative and fast-growing Australian company dedicated to software platform development. Our flagship product is our proprietary Humanetix Platform, a toolkit consisting of back-end micro-services, front-end web components, and associated tooling.

While our roots are in healthcare applications – we have developed Australia’s best care management system based on the Humanetix Platform, we are exploring several other opportunities in which our Humanetix Platform can offer value across Southeast Asia.

Humanetix is looking to expand our customer and delivery team into Southeast Asia with an experienced and versatile Business Analyst. You will be self-driven and reliable, with solid experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting product requirements through interactions with the product owner, clients, and other product stakeholders.

As a Business Analyst you will...

  • Elicit and Communicate Requirements: Work closely with various stakeholders to gather and define clear and actionable business and technical requirements. To turn them into detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications that accurately capture the needs of the project across front-end, business logic and integration such as APIs.
  • Provide Product Development Leadership: Act as a liaison between our users, customers and data inputs to ensure a clear understanding of where value can be generated and turning that into actionable activities for our team.
  • Low-Code Configuration: Turn our requirements into real products using our proprietary low-code platform.
  • Work with our Customers: Work with our customers to help solve their problems using our platform and products across the whole customer adoption journey – from initial requirements gathering; rapid prototyping; customer deployments; user acceptance testing; training and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt to Change: Work in an agile environment, responding to changing requirements and priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Our expectation of a successful candidate has...

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, process improvement, data analyst, or similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across diverse teams and regions
  • Experience in business processes and re-engineering, including simplification, digitalisation, and automation.
  • Delivered projects and features using and/or building platforms using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • General experience with UI/UX domains and utilising tools for wire-framing, flow-charting and diagram

Candidate must be a Malaysian Citizen or hold a valid permit to work in Malaysia.

Hybrid-work with an office in Kuala Lumpur.
