  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Implement policy and procedure for financial operation to support brokerage operations
  • To perform financial operations in day-to-day brokerage firm operations
  • Prepare daily client money account reconciliations and month end report and follow up discrepancies.
  • To prepare cash flow projection for the company to avoid any cash flow deficit
  • Assist in the accounting entries of new financial products and operations.
  • Check payment approval in accordance with financial accounting procedure
  • Arrange proper filing and keeping of physical accounting records.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and alignment with overall business objectives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance operations within the stockbroking, Investment bank financial services industry related is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, including accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity
  • Experience in supporting client’s enquiries and technical problem in the financial services is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, good proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
