Job Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for key game publisher accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with internal teams to tailor payment solutions to meet the unique needs of each partner, including handling global transactions and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with product, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner success.
  • Monitor account metrics, provide regular performance reports, and analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage agreements to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and global payment regulations to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Address and resolve any issues or escalations related to respective department, ensuring minimal disruption to partner operations.
  • Oversee the billing and follow up on any outstanding payments.
  • Manage key partner relationships and provide day-to-day support.


Pre-Requisites

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the payment services or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of global payment systems and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing, phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in languages: verbal - Chinese & English, Written - English
