  • Handle daily inbound & outbound calls, email and live chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the social media platform services
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
  • Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives in the most effective/efficient manner to resolve customers issues
  • Minimum possess at least SPM level and above
  • Fresh Graduates (Diploma or Degree) are welcome to apply
  • Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (verbally and type)
  • Average English communication skill is required
  • Normal Working Hour (9am – 6pm)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (rotational)
  • Preferable to start working on 7th October 2024
  • Able to work in Maluri, Cheras (fully on-site office)
  • Basic RM 3200+ RM 500 KPI Allowance (Based on attendance) + Free Lunch Meal Provided
