  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Product Executive to join our new and rapidly developing business in the field of creative and intellectual property (IP / Brand Strategy) education. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creativity, education, and IP, with a drive to support client success and contribute to the growth and development of our innovative business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and support, i.e. managing relationship with client, customer support, managing community of trainee, etc.
  • General office management tasks, i.e. scheduling, organizing workshop, etc.
  • Assist in Marketing, research and development of course modules and creative strategy.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Previous experience in the creative, IP/ Brand Strategy sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excel at interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Possess own transport
  • Able to travel to oversea whenever requires
