Job Description

  • Shaping corporate and international strategies by identifying key marketing strategies for Malaysia and Singapore. Participate in defining product strategies and collaborate with Sales Departments to help develop products for the international market, representing the Malaysian and Singaporean markets.
  • Oversee, through the dependent team, the development, proposal, and execution of communication policies for the brands marketed in Malaysia/Singapore. Ensure these policies align with General Management and Group standards. This involves conceiving, designing, and strategically planning all communication activities to build a positive corporate image, foster internal and external support for the company's policies, and enhance the motivation of the sales force.
  • Commercially driven to facilitate the effective development of sales activities by creating integrated models for representing sales and related functions. This includes processing sales forecasts and providing information and data to monitor business performance, aiding both tactical and strategic decision-making. Support business strategies and growth objectives through suitable marketing policies.
  • Continuously monitor the Malaysia/Singapore market by analyzing data on demographic characteristics, product presence, competition, brand positioning, and emerging trends. Support the development of messaging and communication strategies by evaluating their effectiveness, in order to assist Management in making informed decisions and achieving set objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Systems, Digital & Business Innovation Department and cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to develop and update products and accessories. This involves managing the product calendar, analyzing product life cycles and profitability, coordinating product applications with other products, gathering information, conducting customer and competitor research, proposing product innovation concepts and technical specifications, and overseeing the dependent team. The goal is to enhance the technical, economic, and functional attributes of the product portfolio.
  • Lead the product launch process and establish the optimal positioning for new products. Engage in cross-functional national and international launch teams, coordinate the transfer of essential concepts and information to the sales force, and conduct tests and analyses on the commercial phases before and after the launch. Propose improvement actions if deviations occur, to help achieve defined growth objectives. Additionally, collaborate with the Sales Systems, Digital & Business Innovation Department to support product positioning and distribution.
