  • Supports HR specialists and HR Business Partners with data analytics for people programs/policies/processes
  • Institutionalises employee engagement programmes in the organisation, working with HR specialists and HR Business Partners on people programs to address employee feedback and raise managers’ engagement capabilities at both the corporate and divisional level
  • Monitor progress and achievement of divisional performance scorecard
  • Acts as liaison on HR divisional matters
  • Leads/Supports the preparation, consolidation and obtaining approval of Annual HR Operating Plan, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Reviews monthly expenses and recommends necessary measures to remain within approved budget
  • Supports Head of HR in special projects that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • The preferred candidate should possess a degree in any field with at least 4 to 6 years of working experience in HR, Finance and any related field.
  • Computer confident, good/advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have a strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have sufficient experience in budget planning and has understanding of basic financials
  • Experience with Employee Engagement programs and ability interact and deal with various levels of employees across the Bank
